Terms and Conditions:

  • Any guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Breakfast: Monday to Friday: 7am to 9am, Weekend: 7.30 am to 10am.  (Earlier/later breakfasts can be arranged).  If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform us in advance.
  • Check-in: flexible. Check-out: Monday to Friday: 10am, Weekend: 12.00.
  • Rooms with minibars: for use of the minibar, a cash/card deposit is required.
  • A deposit of 50% (payable by cheque or card) in advance is normally requested.  Payment of the balance is payable by card or cash.  For guests wishing to pay by debit or credit card, there is a surcharge of 2.5%.
  • We respect the comfort and privacy of all guests.  Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse entry/stay to any guests causing excess noise or disturbance to other guests.
